Keating Homes is a family-owned and operated homebuilding company built on hard work, integrity, and craftsmanship. What began with Tim’s passion for building has grown into a true family tradition, now carried forward by his sons, Adam and Jack. Together, they share a deep commitment to creating homes that reflect the values of honesty, quality, and pride in every detail.

With decades of combined experience, the Keating family brings both time-tested craftsmanship and modern building practices to every project. From framing and finish carpentry to design, budgeting, and project management, each home is built with precision and personal attention. At Keating Homes, the result is more than just a house — it’s a lasting home where families can build their future.

Tim started his journey in homebuilding back in 1990 as a framing contractor in Seattle, Washington. What began as a trade quickly grew into a lifelong passion for building quality homes and helping families create a place of their own.
As his experience grew, so did his dedication to learning. Tim earned a degree in Construction Management and later an MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management.
When the Great Financial Crisis hit, Tim pressed pause on homebuilding in 2010 and joined the construction team at GE Renewable Energy — a career move that brought him and his family to West Lafayette, Indiana, to build and manage nearby wind farms.
In 2023, Tim’s sons, Adam and Jack, began showing a strong interest in the craft their dad loved. Together, they decided to bring the family business back to life. Today, Keating Homes is more than a company — it’s a family tradition built on hard work, integrity, and a shared passion for creating homes where new memories begin.

Adam spent most of his formative years in West Lafayette after moving here with his family during middle school. Growing up, he enjoyed playing football and other sports that taught him the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
Inspired by his father’s passion for homebuilding, Adam developed an early interest in both business and construction. He often spent time on job sites learning the craft and understanding what it takes to build quality homes with care and integrity.
Through hard work and determination, Adam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Purdue University in 2024. After graduation, he joined Keating Homes full-time, where he oversees Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and other key business operations.
Adam brings fresh ideas and a strong sense of purpose to the family business. Guided by the same values that built Keating Homes, he is committed to helping families find and build homes they’ll be proud to call their own.

Jack grew up in West Lafayette and graduated from high school in 2022. Like his brother Adam — and the rest of the Keating family — Jack spent much of his youth playing sports and especially excelled at football, where he learned the value of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance.
From an early age, Jack was drawn to hands-on work and knew he wanted to build things that last. After high school, he set out to become a skilled carpenter, working alongside his father to master the craft of homebuilding.
Under Tim’s guidance, Jack quickly learned every aspect of the trade — from framing and roofing to siding, cabinetry, and fine trim carpentry. His strong work ethic and attention to detail have earned him respect both on and off the job site.
Today, Jack not only performs much of the hands-on work but also manages subcontractors, suppliers, and daily construction activities. His craftsmanship, leadership, and pride in his work reflect the Keating family’s enduring commitment to quality homes built with care.
